Digital Strategy + Revenue Expansion

Creative Business Expansion & Digital Strategy for Interior Designer

I worked with a full-service interior designer who wanted to evolve their business beyond traditional client work. Together, we created a focused strategy to expand their offerings, elevate their marketing efforts, and streamline their operations.

In this project, we:

  • Developed three new streams of revenue, helping the client diversify their income and reach new audiences

  • Built a sustainable, effective social media strategy, tailored to their creative process, personality, and ideal client

  • Clarified their role in content creation and marketing, so their time spent online was intentional and results-driven

  • Updated and refined their website to better reflect their elevated services and new digital offerings

  • Launched a suite of virtual design services that allowed them to work with clients outside their local area

  • Set up boundaries and workflows to protect their time, especially around marketing and client communication

  • Created simple SOPs for key marketing tasks, so they could maintain consistency without burnout

Podcast Strategy + Launch

Podcast Strategy & Launch Planning Intensive
2-Hour Session + Custom Roadmap

In just one focused strategy session, I helped a client lay the full foundation for a successful podcast launch—from big-picture creative direction to detailed technical setup.

Before our session, the client completed a custom Podcast Launch Intake Form I created, designed to guide them through every key decision they’d need to make. This not only helped them clarify their ideas, but ensured our time together was efficient, strategic, and productive.

During our 2-hour strategy session, we covered:

  • Podcast identity: finalized the podcast name, niche, theme, and purpose

  • Audience targeting: identified the ideal listener and what kind of content would resonate most

  • Creative vision: defined the tone and style of the show, types of episodes, and inspiration sources

  • Logistics: outlined episode frequency, ideal length, launch timeline, and long-term planning

  • Marketing & monetization: discussed platforms, promotion strategies, social media use, and income opportunities

  • Content planning: brainstormed initial episode ideas and digital resources to create for the audience

I also created a 4-phase launch roadmap that broke the process down into manageable stages—from early prep to post-launch growth and monetization—with clear next steps and strategic goals.

After the session, I followed up with:

  • A personalized list of tech tools and equipment they would need to get started

  • A breakdown of DIY vs. outsourcing production

  • Recommendations for the best platforms and systems to manage their workflow

  • Custom documents outlining all decisions made, next steps, and tools to execute the launch smoothly

This session gave the client clarity, confidence, and a solid strategy to move forward with launching their podcast without overwhelm.

Non Profit Revamp

Nonprofit Organizational Revamp & Strategic Restructuring

I partnered with a nonprofit organization that had recently lost its 501(c)(3) status due to previous mismanagement. Working closely with the new executive team, I helped lead a full organizational overhaul to restore trust, rebuild infrastructure, and ensure long-term sustainability.

Key accomplishments included:

  • Collaborated with leadership to develop realistic, strategic budgets and eliminate wasteful spending—resulting in a $10,000 savings on an annual event that had previously gone over budget by the same amount.

  • Introduced transparent financial reporting practices to build donor confidence and establish accountability.

  • Reviewed outdated bylaws and authored a fully revised, compliant set of bylaws tailored to the organization’s current mission and operations.

  • Created Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for each executive board position, including role-specific benchmarks, timelines, and clear handoff procedures to ensure smooth leadership transitions.

  • Restructured the fee schedule and donation tiers to better align with funding goals and community engagement.

  • Designed and launched a brand-new website using a nonprofit-specific platform, centralizing all key functions such as fundraising, volunteer management, and event calendars.

  • Developed a new membership program with tiered benefits to encourage involvement and support.

  • Played a key role in reimagining how the organization operates at every level—from systems and structures to communication and donor engagement.

This project involved a ground-up transformation and helped re-establish the nonprofit’s credibility, improve internal operations, and set the stage for future growth.
