I spent years helping women climb out of the trenches of motherhood. I did it myself. But once I was out, I realized the work wasn't done.
Getting out of survival mode was only the beginning. The deeper work still needed to happen. Some of it required rest. Some of it required hard lessons and a lot of therapy. What I discovered was that there is a level of self care where most women get stuck. Once they've dug themselves out of the trenches, they hit a plateau. And they stay there, because good is better than barely surviving.
But staying stuck at good eventually feels like shit too.
Now I write honestly about what comes next, and I teach women how to actually get there. For the woman who has done the work and still feels like something is missing. If that's you, you're in the right place.
